2. Who may enter?
Entry is only open to persons who meet all the following criteria:
(i) Residents of Australia only
(ii) 18 years of age or older
(iii) is willing, ready, and able to complete all entry requirements at the times and dates set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00 AEST on 8th July 2023 and closes at 18.00 AEST on 10th July 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
4. (a) How to enter?
Bonjour, Melbourne! Embrace the allure of French culture with us. In 25 words or less, share your favourite aspect of French cuisine, art, or fashion for a chance to win a $500 Accor voucher and a merchandise pack, courtesy of PEUGEOT.
4. (b) Maximum number of entries
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
5. (a) Prize
Prize 1: 1 x $500 Accor Voucher & 1 x PEUGEOT merchandise pack
5. (b) How winners are determined
The winner will be the best entry submitted during the Promotional Period as judged by the judging panel appointed by the Promoter, having regard to the most creative response as to in 25 words or less, share your favourite aspect of French cuisine, art, or fashion. Judging will take place at Level 2, 4 Burbank Place Norwest 2153 at 11:00 AEST on 11th July 2023. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of a winner.
.5. (c) Maximum value of prizes
The maximum value is $750.
6 Winner notification
Winner will be notified via email and receive their Prize by post within ten (10) business days of being determined.
7. Winner publication
The name of Prize winner will be published on the Promoter’s website peugeot.com.au/bastille.html two (2) business days after being determined, for a maximum of 28 days.
8. Redraw or redetermination of winner
The Promoter may conduct such further judging on 13th July 2023 at the same time and place as the original judging to distribute the prize/s if any are unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. The winner/s of any further judging will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of being determined and announced online at peugeot.com.au/bastille.html.
