PEUGEOT AUSTRALIA IS BRINGING FRENCH FLAIR TO CANBERRA FOR ENLIGHTEN FESTIVAL 2022
Peugeot Australia is proud to be announced as a Major Partner for Enlighten Festival 2022. This is the first time the French marque has partnered with the iconic Canberra event that has been managed and produced by Events ACT since 2011.
Shining a light on the dynamic and creative energy of Canberra, Enlighten Festival hosts a program of events and entertainment over 17 days during March, transforming the city and its surrounds into a spectacular display of art, music, food, entertainment, and unique experiences. The Enlighten Festival brings together a variety of events including Canberra Balloon Spectacular (March 12-20), Symphony in the Park (March 13), Lights! Canberra! Action! (March 11), Canberra Day (March 14) and the Enlighten Illuminations (March 4-14).
As part of the Enlighten Illuminations program, Peugeot Australia will welcome attendees to the Peugeot Escapade Village, where the new Peugeot 3008 GT Sport Plug-In Hybrid AWD and Peugeot 508 GT Fastback Plug-in Hybrid will be making their first appearance at a brand event, following the official launch of the new models on Wednesday 2nd March. Aligning to the theme of the Enlighten Illuminations and taking inspiration from the vehicle’s electric technology, the plug-in hybrid models will also be incorporated into a bespoke light display named Darkness to Sparks hosted each evening after sunset at the Peugeot stand.

After a successful launch in NSW in December, Peugeot Australia is pleased to extend the Escapades initiative to the ACT. Escapades was designed to help customers rediscover local treasures with a selection of getaways intended to support local businesses and spark adventure in the region. From unmissable places to hidden gems, Peugeot has selected venues and experiences across the ACT for a perfect weekend or daytrip away. At Enlighten Festival, the Peugeot Escapade village will showcase escapades across La Montagne (Mountain), Le Bord de Mer (the beach) to La Provence (countryside) and La Ville (the city), each including plenty of unique ideas tailored for families, couples, or groups of friends.
Those in attendance of Enlighten Festival can visit the Peugeot Escapade Village, open daily after 5pm from Friday 4th March – Monday 14th March 2022.
