2. Who may enter?
Entry is only open to persons who meet all the following criteria:
(i) Residents of Australia only
(ii) 18 years of age or older
(iii) Has a valid Australian drivers license
(iv) Is willing, ready, and able to complete all entry requirements at the times and dates set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00 AEST on 22nd September 2023 and closes at 18.00 AEST on 31st October 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
4. (a) How to enter?
PEUGEOT Australia will give away a PEUGEOT e-Kick, an electrically assisted scooter that provides a unique mobility solution for urban travel and docking station package worth over $2,300. One lucky winner will be chosen from those who enter the draw by booking and completing a test drive and describing their ideal adventure with a PEUGEOT e-Kick in 25 words or less.
4. (b) Maximum number of entries
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
5. (a) Prize
1 x PEUGEOT e-Kick and 1 x docking station
5. (b) How winners are determined
The winner will be the best entry submitted during the Promotional Period as judged by the judging panel appointed by the Promoter, having regard to the most creative response as to in 25 words or less, share your ideal adventure with a PEUGEOT e-Kick. The winner must have completed a test drive with a PEUGEOT dealership by the 31st October. Judging will take place at Level 2, 4 Burbank Place Norwest 2153 at 11:00 AEST on 1st November 2023. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of a winner.
5. (c) Maximum value of prizes
The maximum value is $2,351 RRP
6. Winner notification
Winner will be notified via email and receive their Prize by post within ten (10) business days of being determined.
7. Winner publication
The name of Prize winner will be published on the Promoter’s website www.peugeot.com.au/brand/events-and-partnerships/mev/competition.html two (2) business days after being determined, for a maximum of 28 days.
8. Redraw or redetermination of winner
The Promoter may conduct such further judging on 15th November 2023 at the same time and place as the original judging to distribute the prize/s if any are unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. The winner/s of any further judging will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of being determined and announced online at www.peugeot.com.au/brand/events-and-partnerships/mev/competition.html
