It was 1953 when Peugeot became a household name in this country after a stunning victory in the very first Redex Trial. The event was “re-run” in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first Redex Trial and now in 2010 Peugeot Australia are doing it all again!
The Original Redex Trial
It was September 1953 and Australians were in the grip of Redex Trial fever.
The Tribute
From July 16, the Peugeot 3008 Redex Tribute makes its way around the country.
The Route
Over 15 days, the Peugeot 3008 Redex Tribute will cover 8,500km visiting landmarks from the original trial.
The 3008
The new 3008 being used in the Redex Tribute is Peugeot’s latest model showcasing its advanced engineering and environmental responsibility.
