The carefully designed architecture of the 508 provides an exceptional degree of roominess, affording passengers generous space coupled with extensive equipment.
Hands-free access and start-up
With the 508, you have the opportunity of using electronic recognition (Hands-free access and start-up) rather than the traditional key (depending on the version). So, with the identifier still in your pocket (or handbag) you can access your vehicle, start it and stop it simply by using the Start/Stop button. The vehicle can be locked again on exiting simply by touching the door handle.
Quad zone air-conditioning
For optimal individual comfort, there are either two or four air conditioning zones (depending on the version), allowing passengers to set the air conditioning temperature and speed to suit their individual requirements.
Seat cushion
Adjustable seat cushions are available for the driver and front passenger (only available with optional leather trim).
Seats
The front seats have been developed around 5 requirements: style, comfort, support, durability and clearance from the rear passengers. The back seat is comfortable and welcoming.
On-board sound
The 8 speakers in conjunction with Arkamys audio processing system installed in the 508 delivers a more natural acoustic ambience. Sound quality no longer suffers from the constraints of speakers being positioned in doors (often resulting in a concentration of sound low down and to the sides). Instruments and voices are more harmoniously positioned in space, head-on to the passengers at windscreen height.
