Everything has been designed to give the driver maximum satisfaction, offering a unique driving experience rich in emotion.
Head-Up Display
The head-up display feature (standard, optional or not available depending on the version) projects essential driving information in colour onto a retractable panel located within the driver's field of vision: speed, speed limiter warnings, navigation (if fitted) etc. The driver therefore has access to the information without taking their eyes of the road.
Electric parking brake
The electric parking brake (depending on the version) automatically engages when the engine is switched off, and disengages when the accelerator is pressed. It can always be operated manually with the control handle. The Hill Assist function combined with the electric parking brake enables temporary vehicle hold (2 seconds) when on a slope (>3%) and in the opposite direction to the gear selected.
Parking space measurement system
This convenient function utilises the front parking sensors (depending on the version) to measure the available space and gives information on: - the possibility of parking in a vacant space - the degree of difficulty of the manoeuvre to be performed.
Multi-function steering wheel
The steering wheel with integrated controls is designed to be functional and technological. Drivers have access to the following functions: Cruise control, speed limiter, volume, configuration menu and source functions. The cruise control and speed limiter functions both allow you to pre-set up to 5 speeds.
On-board communication
The Peugeot 508 is equipped with the following interactive telematics systems: - 8 speaker radio CD MP3 - USB port for personal stereo connection - integrated Bluetooth hands-free kit with audio streaming An integrated satellite navigation system with 7" colour display screen is also available as an option.
